In order to take an exam for any of the MOT/TTC training levels you will need, at a minimum, the following:

• A Valid State-issued or Federal-issued photo identification.
• Attend the full class. If the entire class cannot be attended the student will need to reschedule the class based on the training provider's policy.
• Writing MUST be legible on the exam score sheet. Email address must be clear, as it will be used to contact the student with exam results.

Additional requirements for Refresher exams:

• A current MOT/TTC Certificate is needed. If the MOT/TTC Certificate has expired, the student will need to reschedule an attend a full MOT/TTC class.
