After you have administered a Flagger course and conducted its practical examination, you can submit your examination documents for review and for the creation of a MOT/TTC Flagger Certificate through the Provider Portal.

Step 2: Click on the "Process Flagger Tests" link on the left navigation menu, and follow the on-screen instructions
