There are no fees for submitting application for becoming a Provider, Instructor or Proctor of the FDOT MOT/TTC program. The FDOT MOT/TTC Training Administration Program is self-sustainable, and as such the following fees are required to be paid by the approved MOT/TTC Providers:

  1. Processing of Flagger Exams: $20.00 per student
  2. Processing of Advanced, Intermediate and Refresher Exams: $20.00 per student

These fees can be paid when you create a new training date within the Provider Portal. Or, the fees can be paid after an exam is completed and it is submitted for grading through the Provider Portal.
