You purchased a batch of exams, however not all of the students that registered showed up. Now you have a balance (in your favor) of exam purchase credits. The application has developed a credit tracking system, and on your next exam purchase your exam purchase credits will be used.

If you prefer to be refunded for unused exam credits please send us an email at with the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. The Provider that you represent
  3. Course level and date
  4. Number of students that attended the course
  5. Number of exam seats purchased
  6. Total number of exam seats being requested for a refund
  7. Phone number so that we can reach you if we have any questions with this request.
