Training materials are, in general, updated once a year. Updated materials will be available in advance of their effective date. And notice, via email, is sent to all registered Providers of upcoming changes and their effective date. To review the most-up-to-date training material please login to your Provider Portal, where you can also identify the dates when the new or updated materials were issued, and the date when they need to be effectively used for their respective training courses.
Step 1: Login to the Provider Portal using your credentials.
Step 2: Click on the Training Materials link.
Step 3: Navigate through the different tabs at the bottom to find the training materials for your different courses. The effective date is shown on second right-hand column of the files table.
