You have found a duplicate entry of your information within the program database. Or perhaps, you recently taken a refresher course and the old -expired- certificate is still shown within the database. No problem, we will immediately update the database to remove duplicates and ensure you have access to your most recent MOT certificate.
Please send us an email at: admin@motadmin.com, with the following information:
- Your most recent certificate number
- Your full name, email address and phone number
- If you have any of the following information, please also include it on your email:
- Certificate number from the old -expired- duplicate entry
- Information on the most recent exam you took, such as Provider company name and exam date
